OVER 18 POLICY OF THE HIPPODROME CASINO
Club 11 London produce many of their shows at intimate Hippodrome Theatre or Lolas Underground Casino housed inside The Hippodrome Casino, Leicester Square, in London.
Due to very strict licensing laws you must be 18 or over without exception to enter the building. If you are lucky enough to look under 25 then you must bring a valid form of ID or you will be refused admission. If in doubt, bring your ID. If you are under 18 (or look under 18), and you buy tickets, or if someone else buy tickets for you, and are refused entry these tickets are completely non refundable.
Club11 London appreciates this will leave younger fans disappointed, but this is out of our control.
The Hippodrome is a small cabaret room with unreserved seating. The room will either be configured with tables or for larger shows in a rowed theatre style seating arrangement. You are sat no more than 5 meters from the stage which gives you a great intimate and exclusive experience. We do not reserve stall seating unless this a prior ticketed option purchased in advance. Seating is strictly allocated on a first come first served basis, except for VIPS with prior arrangement (reserved VIP seats are the 16 seats in the first row). There is strictly no admission prior to opening time. Shows start promptly at the listed time and doors will open between 60 and 30 minutes prior to a show, it is advisable to arrive early if you want to grab a seat near the front. Late arrivals may not be allowed access.
MEET AND GREETS
Meet and greets are not included in the ticket price unless explicitly stated at the time of purchase. Occasionally the artist may come down to the bar and say hello, sign autographs, and pose for photos, this is entirely at the discretion of the artist and their management.
There isn't one, but remember that the venue is housed inside a luxury casino, so why not dress up and treat yourselves!
VIDEO & PHOTOGRAPHY
We request that you do not take photos or film during the show, this includes live streaming. It ruins the experience for those around you and also yourself. More importantly it breaches copyright, and artist and musicians rights, so if we do find the show or clips on youtube or social media we will demand its removal.
